WEDDING DAY PREPARATIONS
Before their wedding at Essendon Country club, the day began at Kirsty’s parents’ house where she was getting ready with her family and bridesmaids. She wore an elegant Watters gown from Heritage Brides with a sparkly diamante belt and matching white clutch. A pair of baby blue Ted Baker heels complimented the floor length bridesmaids gowns and the flowers in the bouquets perfectly.
CHURCH CEREMONY
The ceremony took place at St John’s Church in Hemel Hempstead on a beautiful sunny Spring day. After some heartfelt readings and a few happy tears everyone made their way to the reception venue. The couple left the church in an iconic vintage white VW Camper.
WEDDING RECEPTION AT ESSENDON COUNTRY CLUB
The wedding reception took place at Essendon situated in the scenic Hertfordshire countryside. This golf club features in a list of my favourite top ten wedding venues in Hertfordshire. The sun continued to shine as guests enjoyed drinks on the terrace. It’s always exciting to discover new venues and this one certainly had the wow factor. We travelled in a golf buggy across the picturesque landscape to find the best spots for portraits. Day turned to night and a magician by the name of Gary Schiffman provided some amazing entertainment by doing tricks that wowed all of their guests. Jack led his new wife to the dancefloor and they had their first dance as husband and wife.
