HERONS FARM WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

Lucy and Andy eloped at a beautiful little church in Easthampstead on a sunny day in June followed by a wedding reception at Heron’s Farm in Pangbourne. The bride’s dress was a beautiful off the shoulder, lace gown with a lilac and white rose bouquet and the groomsmen wore sage cravats which complimented the bridesmaids lilac dresses perfectly. Lucy looked absolutely stunning as she walked down the aisle to a piece of music composed by herself and the groom…what a talented couple!

RECEPTION AT HERONS FARM

The reception followed at a rustic, romantic barn in the heart of the Berkshire countryside called Heron’s Farm. Lucy had designed and made all the wedding decorations and stationary herself. She went for a tennis theme to reflect the couple’s love of the sport and the results were very impressive. The purple and green colour scheme was taken from Wimbledon’s iconic emblem, the tables were named after tennis pro’s and even the mail box was adorned with the infamous tennis logo. Lucy also made her own tennis themed table plan along with bespoke confetti and she even baked her own wedding cake…is there anything this bride can’t do!

Heron’s farm boasts some beautiful countryside so there were plenty of photo opportunities, despite the slightly overcast afternoon. The guests enjoyed a delicious three course meal followed by some heartfelt and hilarious speeches by the father of the bride, groom and best man. The couple had turned a pavilion outside into a photo booth complete with tennis themed props, a great way to get some fun photos and provide some evening entertainment.
