HEXTON MANOR WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

Natalie and her bridesmaids got ready at a beautiful suite at Luton Hoo, a manor house in Hertfordshire. She wore a beautiful white strapless dress and a pretty pair of blue heels. The bouquets were wildflowers in pastel tones and worked perfectly with the baby blue bridesmaid dresses.

SUMMER CEREMONY AT HEXTON MANOR

The ceremony took place on a warm August day at Hexton Manor, a stylish house in Hitchin. Due to the fantastic weather, Paul and Natalie were able to get married outside by the lake. The bridal party made their entrance from the other side of the lake over a rustic wooden bridge…what a magical moment. After the ceremony we proceeded to make the most of the fantastic scenery and took photos of the couple around the lake.

WEDDING RECEPTION IN THE WALLED GARDENS

The reception was held in a marquee in the walled gardens. The tables were adorned with wildflowers in vintage china jugs and floral chandeliers hung from the ceiling. The place names were rustic wooden letters and guests received miniature Prosecco bottles as favours…perfect for the speeches!

As the sun began to set we went outside to photograph the couple in Hexton Manor’s fantastic walled gardens. The light is just perfect at this time of day and it’s by far my favourite time to shoot. As the band started, I captured the couple privately dancing together. I love documenting moments like this as they always feel a lot more genuine.

A beautiful day turned into a wonderful evening as the couple brave the dance floor for their first dance. The room looked fantastic with it’s black and white chequered floor and twinkly fairy lights in the ceiling. It was a real pleasure to photograph Natalie and Paul’s wedding and I can’t wait to photograph the venue again.
